In consultation we establish your brief and aspirations, the scope of work and your budget - this guides the process + our journey together.

This consultation will also provide you the opportunity to share any items (materials, appliances, fittings, fixtures, finishes) that have been pre-selected for your project.

We then prepare and present a quote outlining the service/s to be provided.

On acceptance of your quote, we will proceed with space planning options and initial interior concepts, layered with preliminary selections of finishes, fittings/fixtures + lighting.

The goal of this stage is to develop a conceptual design direction that responds to both the aesthetic and functional requirements of your future home.

Once you have approved the conceptual stage, a rigorous process ensues whereby the initial ideas are crafted into a unique design language. At this stage we develop and present -

• Plans and Elevations of key areas, including kitchens, bathrooms and joinery throughout

• Preliminary fixtures, fittings and appliance + selections + Schematic designs of features, including staircases, fireplaces ect + Lighting design intent - layouts and fittings

This is the stage where the design starts to take shape and becomes a reality. We complete documentation and send out for quotation + assist with the evaluation and any revisions required.

After final sign off of the documentation and costing, our drawings and schedules are issued for construction.

We engage in communication with your builder and subtrades. Attend consultant and client site meetings at integral stages of your build, to ensure the interior design is executed to plan.
